Toll Brothers Working on 11 Projects with Over 1,600 Total Units in Philadelphia Region
As low inventory continues to be a major problem for the Philadelphia housing market and prospective buyers, Fort Washington-based Toll Brothers is making a major push in the region, writes Paul Schwedelson for the Philadelphia Business Journal.
The luxury homebuilder has been snatching up land in the suburbs and is currently working on eleven projects that will add a total of more than 1,600 units to the region.
Four of those projects are in Montgomery County.
Regency at Waterside in Ambler includes a total of 496 homes, with prices starting in the mid-$700,000s. The development includes 55-plus homes, single-family homes, and carriage-style townhomes.
Stonebrook at Upper Merion in King of Prussia is next with 278 homes. The prices start in the low $600,000s, but most have already been sold.
Another King of Prussia development, Overlook at Town Center, is part of The Village at Valley Forge. It will have 142 units in total with prices in the upper $500,000s.
Finally, Bellflower in Eagleville will only have 16 units with prices starting at around $1.3 million.
