Crooked Eye Brewery has launched a new taproom in Bucks County, expanding its presence through a collaboration with Fusion Kitchen in Chalfont, writes Dino Ciliberti for The Patch.

The brewery, a local favorite for the past decade, celebrated the opening with a vibrant launch party at the New Britain Village Square, featuring live music and a lively crowd.

The event marked the debut of the brewery’s eight signature brews on tap at the restaurant, alongside Pennsylvania wines, spirits, and ciders.

Fusion Kitchen pairs Crooked Eye’s brews with diverse dishes crafted by head chef Walt Marshall, who has trained with renowned chefs such as Jose Garces and Morimoto.

The restaurant, which opened in 2021, hosts up to 50 guests in its dining area with additional bar seating.

Guests can enjoy live music every weekend and look forward to trivia nights.
