The "Heart Attack" bagel sandwich off of Second Street Pike's appropriately-named 2nd Street Bagels is one of the top Bucks County breakfast sandwiches in the region.

Quite a few Bucks County breakfast sandwiches have been ranked among the 50 best in the region, according to Michael Klein of The Philadelphia Inquirer.

From hoagies to cheesteaks, the Philly area has a reputation for its iconic sandwiches (or sandwich-adjacent) fare. It’s no surprise that for early risers, there are plenty of breakfast sandwiches in the region — specifically Bucks County — that come with a Pennsylvania twist.

Coach’s Steak & Hoagie House in Doylestown can be found while strolling along State Street. The breakfast hoagie is replete with all the essential ingredients for a morning munch, including Cooper sharp cheese, eggs, and a choice of meats on a Liscio’s roll. The establishment also offers a pork roll, egg, and cheese quesadilla.

A quaint corner coffee house in Langhorne has all the hole-in-the-wall charm and offers supremely cheap breakfast sandwiches if you get there between 6 to 7 in the morning. Langhorne Coffee House boasts of great coffee, which is only $1 during “happy hour”, along with $3 breakfast sandwiches.

The Southampton bagel operation on Second Street Pike, appropriately named Second Street Bagels, is the architect behind the Heart Attack. This beast of a bagel sandwich is topped with egg, cheese, pork roll, sausage, and bacon.
