Babas Chicken & Brews will open with a ribbon cutting on Monday, February 26 at 11 a.m.
Brothers Leo, Pep, and Jim Osmanollaj are on a mission to share their grandfather’s recipe with the world.
Baba created his “secret hot chicken recipe” on his farm back in Prizren, Kosovo and now for the brothers, it is a reminder of home.
The brothers have previously owned other restaurants in the region, including M2O Burgers & Salad.
