The Arc of Chester County is a leading advocacy organization and provider of a lifetime of programs and services for individuals with disabilities and their families.

Every year, the month of March is designated as National Developmental Disabilities Awareness Month.

During the month of March, The Arc of Chester County is partnering with Sedona Tap House in West Chester to raise awareness and fundraise for individuals with disabilities and their families.

Every Monday during the month, a special menu has been created for guests to enjoy 50 percent off a great meal at Sedona Taphouse while simultaneously benefiting The Arc of Chester County.

“During our Dine Out for Charity Month at Sedona Taphouse, The Arc of Chester County will be featured to over 20,000 guests that visit the restaurant monthly. Those guests will see information about The Arc and have an opportunity to donate any day of the week.

“On Mondays, every guest will receive a special menu highlighting The Arc and its mission and will have an opportunity to order items from that menu for which The Arc will receive a portion of the sales,” shared David Trout, Sedona Taphouse West Chester owner.

In addition to working with Sedona Taphouse, The Arc of Chester County will be holding several virtual and in-person events to raise awareness and support for individuals with disabilities and their families.

A free, weekly Chat n Chew Speaker Series sponsored by The Arc’s Advocacy Program offering valuable training and informational sessions is being held, and St. Patrick’s Day Bingo, Karaoke Night, and Movie & Pizza Day will be hosted by The Arc’s Family Support Services program.

More details on both opportunities can be found by visiting the Events & Activities page at arcofchestercounty.org.
