The power of connections was recently demonstrated when three members of the Montgomery County Development Professionals collaborated to assist a client in acquiring a 3808 SF medical office condominium in Middletown Township, Bucks County.

Ted Hozza, representing Situs Properties guided the buyer through the purchase process, while Scott Little of Harleysville Bank provided 80% financing and construction funds for proposed improvements. Caroline Achey Edwards, Esq., played a crucial role in preparing the necessary condominium documents for the transaction.

Reflecting on the success, Ted Hozza, a member of the MCDP advisory council, emphasized the importance of the relationships established at the monthly MCDP Breakfast with Brokers.
