Vice President of Commercial Services

This position manages all aspects of ACH, Wire, and Commercial Services processing and maintains good working relationships with strategic and operational software partners. He/she is responsible for maintaining a cost-effective, high-quality, well-controlled and responsive Operations support team. The person will manage and develop team members in order to deliver the highest quality of service.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in Business (or the equivalent years of experience), plus eight to 10 years of related experience, including significant management experience. He/she must be goal-oriented and have effective oral and written communication skills. Familiarity with branch functions, technology, industry trends, and changes — along with good analytical skills — are imperative. Independent judgment while resolving procedural, employee relations, and time management is expected, along with a high degree of critical judgment.

Business Loan Operations Boarding Specialist

This position assists in the development of new business; actively sells and promotes corporate products to potential and existing customers; and interprets complex commercial loan documentation. He/she accurately boards new loan and renewal information into SBA loan accounting system, including collateral and insurance records.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business or Accounting, and one to three years of experience in a business loan operations environment. He/she will have strong work habits, attention to detail, the ability to work on a team, and a demonstrated commitment to quality service.

Business Development Officer

This position will execute integrated sales strategies to support the growth of business customers. He/she develops new bank business relationships through segment-based sales plans to achieve revenue growth targets and maximize operating capabilities and profitability. The person also sells commercial banking services to prospective clients and is responsible for the initial relationship with prospects and with multiple departments to close the selling process.

The ideal candidate will possess a college degree or equivalent experience and three to five years of experience in outside business development sales. He/she will have thorough knowledge of banking products and services; excellent communication, credit, sales, and public relations skills; and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
