Echo Lake, a SageLife senior living community in Malvern, has welcomed Michele Sepples as General Manager.

With nearly 20 years of industry experience, Sepples will be instrumental in creating and overseeing the senior living community’s annual budget, implementing plans to maintain and grow occupancy, and managing staff. 

“We are delighted to have Michele join the SageLife team,” said Kelly Andress, President of SageLife. “Her passion for the senior living industry makes her a vital asset, and we look forward to her growing our resident-focused community.”

Sepples attended Anna Maria College in Paxton, Mass., where she earned bachelor’s degrees in Arts and Humanities and European History. She also studied at Quinnipiac University’s law school.
