For the 15th year, Montgomery County residents celebrated New Year’s Day by taking a polar bear plunge at Pottstown’s Riverfront Park, writes staff at 69 News WFMZ.

Some believe that dipping in the chilly water is good for their health while others just love how refreshing it feels.
