Saint Joseph’s University is now the official higher education partner of the Philadelphia Eagles, writes John George for Philadelphia Business Journal.

The financial terms of the multiyear partnership haven’t been disclosed.

Under the agreement, Saint Joseph’s will have in-game signage at Lincoln Financial Field, and the Eagles and the university will launch a student development program that will offer sports marketing students internships, associate roles, and game day positions.

The Eagles front office will also lead a lecture series for students on St. Joe’s campus.

The partnership also includes a collaboration between the Eagles Autism Foundation and Saint Joseph’s Kinney Center for Autism Education.

“This agreement with the Philadelphia Eagles allows Saint Joseph’s to advance our commitment to student success across our various schools and disciplines,” said James Carter, the university’s interim provost.

The Eagles Autism Foundation raises money for autism research and care programs, largely through its annual Autism Challenge event which includes a 5k walk/run and sensory walk.
