It’s not too late to make plans for your New Year’s Eve celebration. Right here in Montgomery County, there are plenty of fun ways to ring in 2024 from family-friendly activities to sophisticated parties.

Here is just a sampling.

All aboard the Colebrookdale Railroad New Year’s Eve Celebration. The train leaves the station at 10:30 p.m. and guests are invited for a complimentary drink, hors d’oeuvres, and dessert on board. There will be a champagne toast at midnight.

Enjoy a Gatsby-esque New Year’s Eve Party at the SunnyBrook Ballroom. Guests are invited to enjoy an open bar, a DJ booth, and lots of delicious food.

If music is your jam, then head to the Ardmore Music Hall for either Low Cut Connie or the Family Jam earlier in the day.

Arnold’s Family Fun Center is hosting an early balloon drop celebration for the younger set at 4 p.m. and an All-Inclusive New Year’s Eve Party later in the evening for anyone 16 and older. Festivities will include dancing, go-karts, arcade fun, and a dinner buffet.

Prefer a nice dinner out? Montco has what you need there too. Southern Cross Kitchen in Conshohocken, Creed’s in King of Prussia, and Farmer’s Daughter in Blue Bell all are serving up delicious meals to celebrate the new year.

For a quick getaway, make reservations at the Valley Forge Casino Resort, the historic Joseph Ambler Inn in North Wales, or at the Washington Wood Bed and Breakfast, a B&B in a restored Victorian home in Conshohocken.
