The first quarter gave Friends Central a 16-5 lead over Norfolk Christian School.

The Ambassadors bowed their back in the second quarter, chipping the deficit to 27-18.

Both teams scored evenly in the third quarter to make it 36-27.

The Ambassadors rallied in the final quarter, but the Phoenix skirted trouble with just enough offense to thwart all hopes.
