Quakertown grabbed a 59-48 victory at the expense of Hatboro-Horsham for a Pennsylvania boys basketball victory at Quakertown on Dec. 15.

The first quarter gave Quakertown a 19-14 lead over Hatboro-Horsham.

The Panthers’ offense moved in front for a 35-26 lead over the Hatters at the intermission.

The roles reversed in the third quarter as Hatboro-Horsham fought to within 46-38.

The Panthers held on with a 13-10 scoring edge in the final quarter.

In recent action on Dec. 5, Quakertown faced off against Upper Dublin and Hatboro-Horsham took on Abington on Dec. 8 at Hatboro-Horsham High School.
