Montgomery County is home to seven towns that are among the top 30 places with the most expensive homes in Pennsylvania, according to a new ranking by Stacker.

To compile the list, Stacker used data from Zillow. Places are ranked based on the Zillow Home Values Index for all homes as of September 2023.

Bryn Mawr ranked highest in fourth place in Pennsylvania with a typical home value of $790,738. The number represents a one-year value increase of seven percent and a five-year increase of a staggering 46.0 percent.

Narberth is close behind in fifth place with a median home value of $710,105. The town has seen its home prices increase by seven percent in one year and 42.4 percent over five years.

Wynnewood is next in seventh place. The town’s typical home value is $687,512. Fort Washington also made the top ten in eighth place with a median home value of $687,177.

Blue Bell is in fourteenth place. Here the median house price is $618,950.

The list is rounded out by Ambler at No.16 ($612,367) and Flourtown at No. 24 ($550,167).
