Rustin grabbed a quick lead then had to fight to retain its advantage before securing a 22-14 win against Plymouth-Whitemarsh for a Pennsylvania high school football victory at Plymouth-Whitemarsh High on Nov. 10.

The first quarter gave Rustin a 10-0 lead over Plymouth-Whitemarsh.

Each offense authored its Rip Van Winkle imitation, napping through a barren second quarter.

Rustin thundered to a 22-6 lead heading into the fourth quarter.

The Colonials managed an 8-0 rally in the fourth quarter, yet the die was already cast.

In recent action on Oct. 27, Plymouth-Whitemarsh faced off against Upper Moreland.
