Senior .NET Application Developer

The primary responsibility of this position is to collaborate on the architecture, application design, and development. Client-facing skills and hands-on coding skills are required. Coordination with other development and infrastructure team members to deliver the full solution will also be essential. A commitment to teamwork, collaborative problem-solving, and a quality product is necessary. This position will require working with various internal customers to implement forms, automated workflows, and corporate initiatives effectively and efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent knowledge acquired by work experience and training. Experience in Web Application development — along with three or more years of experience in systems analysis, programming, and design — is required. The person should have advanced development skills, including ASP.NET; C#; XML; MVC; TEST. SOAP, Web Services.

Lead Appeals Specialist

This position serves as a resource and provides guidance to associates within the Medicare Appeals and Grievances Department. He/she will facilitate the quality-assessment process for the review of appeals and grievance files to ensure they are prepared and completed in accordance with CMS regulations and departmental guidelines. Additionally, the person will collaborate with staff to ensure that established productivity, timeliness, and accuracy standards are attained in accordance with Corporate, NCQA, state, and federal standards. The Lead Appeals Specialist will also participate with Member Appeals management team in the planning and modification of the appeals process.

The ideal candidate will hold a bachelor’s degree and three years of experience in a customer setting or equivalent or five years of experience in Member Services, Provider Services, Claims, Complaint handling, or the equivalent. Prior experience in Member Appeals is preferred, along with demonstrated excellence in prior leadership role(s).
