Collegeville’s Alex Bright Will Bring the Heat to The Chili Bowl Nationals

Bright has been a familiar face at the Chili Bowl for years and he will join other contenders like Hank Davis of Oklahoma and Tim Buckwalter, another Pennsylvanian racer.

FloRacing has released the list of drivers who will be competing in the 2024 Chili Bowl Nationals on Saturday, January 13, and Collegeville will be well-represented with driver Alex Bright.

Bright has been a familiar face at the Chili Bowl for years and he will join other contenders like Hank Davis of Oklahoma and Tim Buckwalter, another Pennsylvanian racer.

Cale Coons, the son of Jerry Coons, Jr., the USAC SpeeD2 Midwest Thunder Midget 2023 Rookie of the Year, is also entering the foray for the first time at the age of 14. He will drive for Chili Bowl Owner Champion Joe Dooling.

So far there are 107 entries for the big race in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
