Eagles Christmas Album Sales Will Benefit Children’s Crisis Treatment Center, CHOP
The Philadelphia Eagles’ second Christmas album is about to drop in December and this year’s charity beneficiaries will be Children’s Crisis Treatment Center and Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, writes Earl Hopkins for The Philadelphia Inquirer.
The album features linemen Jason Kelce, Lane Johnson, and Jordan Mailata and is produced by Charlie Hall. Connor Barwin is the executive producer.
Children’s Crisis Treatment Center was also one of the beneficiaries for the first Christmas album as well.
“When all the guys got together over the summer to make this record, they wanted to make sure we stayed true to the original goal to bring joy and happiness to families and kids during the holidays, and we couldn’t be happier to be partnering again with CCTC and helping make CHOP’s snowflake station a little more special for kids and families in the hospital during the holidays,” Barwin said.
“A Philly Special Christmas” last year raised $1.25 million which was distributed among different Philadelphia-area charities.
The album earned four top 10 spots on the Billboard Music Charts and took a No. 1 spot on the Compilation Albums Chart.
The new album, “A Philly Special Christmas Special,” is expected to be released on December 1, 2023.
