LuminoCity Festival will be lighting up the holiday season this year when it brings its wonderland of light sculptures and art installations to the Greater Philadelphia Expo Center between November 17, 2023 and January 15, 2024.

The immersive experience was founded by Xiaoyi Chen in 2018 and takes visitors back to prehistoric times in a magical winter wonderland setting. The festival park includes 40 life-sized animated dinosaurs and more than 80 lighting sculptures.

“We are thrilled to be able to bring our spectacular holiday light experience to the Philadelphia region for the first time,” Chen said.

“LuminoCity’s Holiday Lights Festival originally launched in Randall’s Island Park and has since become a staple of our company. As we enter the 2023 Winter season, we are confident that residents and visitors of the greater Philadelphia area will create life-long memories and start a new holiday tradition of experiencing our light art.”

This year’s theme is “Golden Holiday,” and will include the Giant Golden Glitter, a 50-feet lighted Christmas tree and giant golden ornaments, gifts, candy canes and more.

Visitors can also take a ride through the park on the Holiday Express for an addition $10 per ride or ride the Dinosaur Speedway for an additional $5 per ride.

The festival will be open daily from 4:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m., November 17, 2023 through January 15, 2024.
