Golden Bachelor Gerry Turner hands a rose to Susan Noles of Aston on the first episode of Golden Bachelor.

Apparently, Golden Bachelor Gerry Turner appreciated Aston contestant Susan Noles‘ in-your-face Delco approach.

She was his final selection for Thursday’s first episode, receiving his final rose, writes Emily Bloch for The Philadelphia Inquirer.

Susan Noles, ex-wife of former Phillies pitcher Dickie Noles wore a glitzy lilac ball gown by Jovani to meet the senior Bachelor.

“You see these heels?” she told Gerry Turner, 71, as she walked away. “I’m very comfortable with 6 inches.”

Noles, 66, a wedding officiant and former hair and makeup artist, was one of 22 women in the running to date Turner, with the ultimate goal of getting engaged to the widower and retired restauranteur from Indiana.

Noles’ sass and resemblance to Kardashian Kris Jenner got the attention of viewers.

“As I thought about what I wanted to bring to the Golden Bachelor, my goal was to show the real, authentic me,” Noles wrote on her Facebook page earlier this month. “Funny, class with some sass, an unforgettable style, and a side of Philly.”

The Aston woman will make it at least to the next episode, and previews seem to indicate she’ll be there longer than that.
