The Thomas Mill Covered Bridge is a great spot to enjoy the fall foliage.

Lena Pothier at The Keystone recently compiled a list of where to find Pennsylvania’s most Instagrammable fall foliage, and she gave Wissahickon Valley Park a shoutout.

Wissahickon Valley Park which stretches across both Philadelphia and Montgomery counties boasts more than 50 miles of trails, including Forbidden Drive, Wissahickon Creek Gorge Trail and the Orange Trail.

Pothier writes that Thomas Mill Covered Bridge is one of the most popular spots in the park.

Thomas Mill Covered Bridge is the last covered bridge in Philadelphia, according to Uncovering PA.

Other great spots in the state to appreciate the change of season include Bowman’s Hill Tower in New Hope and Pine Creek Gorge in Wellsboro.
