The company built its Midwest campus in Eagan, Minnesota in 1986. The property houses a data center and lab space.

Unisys plans on moving all the employees at the facility to a new location still within the Minneapolis market. The exact location is still yet to be determined.

The property at 3199 Pilot Knob Road is already on the market, but there is no finalized plan for when Unisys needs leave.

The tech company has been slowly reducing its real estate footprint over the last few years. Unisys CEO Peter Altabef said in 2021 that is had already reduced its footprint by 27% by that point.

The campus is worth about $13.2 million, according to county records.
