Philadelphia Skating Club and Humane Society's mission is “to preserve and promote the sport, art and history of figure skating for recreation and competition.”

Early birds got extra ice time at the Philadelphia Skating Club and Humane Society in Ardmore on September 5, 2023.

America’s first skating club hosting a Sunrise Skate from 6:15 to 8:30 a.m. the day after Labor Day to kick off the new season. The skating session was free for members.

The club’s mission is “to preserve and promote the sport, art and history of figure skating for recreation and competition.”
