Bala Cynwyd-based City Line Capital is planting roots on the other side of the Keystone State, writes Patty Tascarella for the Philadelphia Business Journal. The investment firm focusing on self-storage properties will be opening a new office 20 miles south of Pittsburgh.
City Line was established in 2017 and currently has a portfolio of 253 assets, which amounts to more than 15 million rentable square feet. The company’s Chief Operating Officer, Peter Veltri is no stranger to Pittsburgh.
Veltri worked at a downtown law firm, Babst Calland, for fifteen years, until he was hired by City Line Capital in 2020. In addition, Veltri was a shareholder specializing in real estate, among other industries.
Since Veltri joined the C-suite, he worked on assembling a team of remote workers for the investment firm. Now the employees will have a physical office.
The building is located in a business park in Canonsburg, Washington County.
