Fort Washington-based Toll Brothers is bringing luxury to Malvern. The firm is planning to redevelop 159 acres of acquired land for 280 townhomes, writes Paul Schwedelson for the Philadelphia Business Journal.

The land was purchased for $33 million and the property will be located on Lapp Road and Old Morehall Road north of Route 202. Anfield at Malvern will be open by Spring of 2024, ranging from 1,825 to 2,995 square feet, and some may include basements.

Residents will have access to an outdoor pool, pickleball courts, a clubhouse, fitness center, and a dog park. Prices for the units are unavailable for now.

Toll Brothers have built 2,492 homes in the second quarter of 2023, and has property in King of Prussia, West Chester, and Doylestown.

In the meantime, there will be site improvements made to Anfield at Malvern before it opens in 2024.
