This Saturday FoodChasers’ Kitchen in Elkins Park will be offering free meals as part of Pepsi Dig In Day, writes Ryan Genova for Glenside Local.

The event was created to bring support to Black-owned restaurants. FoodChasers’ will be offering their most popular breakfast dish, Shrimp & Grits on Saturday while supplies last.

You will also have a chance to win $5000 by posting your meal and tagging your favorite Black-owned restaurant.

“Our goal for Pepsi Dig In has always been to celebrate and generate awareness for Black-owned restaurants, not just on Pepsi Dig In Day, but all year long,” Scott Finlow, PepsiCo Global Foodservice Chief Marketing Officer, said.
