Fete en Blanc is rapidly approaching!  This “Dinner in White” party will be held rain or shine on Friday, Sept. 8 from 6 to 9 p.m. in Pottstown’s Smith Family Plaza, where a sold-out crowd of 750 guests from the Borough and surrounding municipalities will enjoy picnic dinners, live music, and camaraderie.

Planning partners Pottstown Area Economic Development and Hobart’s Run note that individual tickets rapidly sold out. However, sponsoring individuals or organizations are still welcomed, and sponsors are eligible for a very limited number of reserved seats as noted on the registration page: https://www.feteenblancpottstown.com/about. Fete’s valued benefactors receive social media and on-site recognition for their part in this festive, regional happening.

Fete en Blanc-etched stemless champagne flutes will be on for sale at the event as well as during the early bird admission wristband pick-up times (look for PAED and Hobart’s Run representatives at Smith Family Plaza on Wednesday, Sept. 6 from 10 a.m. – 12 and Thursday, Sept. 7 from 4 to 6 p.m.).

The glasses, $20 each, will allow Fete-goers to toast summer’s end in style and take home a lovely memento. (Attendees can pick up admission wristbands on September 8, although early pick-ups are encouraged to avoid waiting in line.)

Beautiful live music again will be presented by professional performers assembled by Louis Rieger of High Street Music.

Beverages will be sold on-site by Kiki Vodka and Manatawny Stillworks. Guests are encouraged to pre-order and pick up dinners from Pottstown’s diverse restaurant offerings or bring their own meals. The planners thank Dani Bee Funky for providing flowers, headpieces, and centerpieces; Lady Liberty for Fete hairstyling specials; and Once Upon a Time Consignment Boutique for curating a selection of beautiful white attire and accessories. 

All proceeds for this all-in-white, community-building celebration help cover costs for tables, linens, professional live music, bathroom facilities and safety provisions, and so forth.
