An upcoming warehouse project in Bucks County is now able to move forward thanks to the substantial funds from a construction loan. Paul Schwedelson wrote about the loan for the Philadelphia Business Journal.

The Lower Bucks Logistics Hub is planning to have two warehouses built in the area, one in Middletown and one in Langhorne. The plans have become more clear thanks to a $114 million construction loan from Mesa West Capital.

This will be just one of many major warehouse projects happening in Bucks County this year.

Back in May, Falls Township supervisors recently finalized plans for the latest warehouse of LPC Morrisville to be built in the area. The 973,200-square-foot warehouse will be built at 2300 South Pennsylvania Avenue. A tenant has not been chosen yet, though it is estimated that around 500 jobs are expected to be created through the new warehouse.
