The Medical Man Cave in King of Prussia puts patients who might have trouble discussing some issues at ease with VIP treatment that includes gourmet lunches, writes John George for the Philadelphia Business Journal.

Instead of the more traditionally sterile looking setting, this unorthodox doctor’s office has black painted walls before a reception area with a refreshment stand that offers several high-end liquor brands.

The practice focuses on health issues pertaining to men that sometimes can be hard for them to ask help for, such as baldness, erectile dysfunction, and aging.

The Medical Man Cave is part of the Denver-based group of medical aesthetic clinics. The King of Prussia office is led by 34-year-old Dr. Abhi Kasinadhuni, who is also an investor in the joint venture.

He emphasized that while the majority of the patients are men, the practice is open to everybody.

“Even though our name is Medical Man Cave, and our concept is to build a safe space for men, by no means do we say we’re only for men,” said Kasinadhuni.
