A Mediterranean-style mansion in Gwynedd Valley that sits on more than two acres along Latchstring Lane near Gwynedd Valley University has hit the market for $3.38 million, writes Ryan Mulligan for the Philadelphia Business Journal.

The custom-built home was designed by Rene Hoffman, a Main Line custom home designer, and constructed by Guidi Homes in 2008.

The 9,200-square-foot residence features a gourmet kitchen, an extensive outdoor patio, golf simulator, and a wine cellar, among many other amenities.

“You couldn’t come close to replacing this house for the $3.38 million [list price],” said listing agent David Caracausa of Coldwell Banker Realty. “With the square footage, the finishes, and detail, it’s a great buy for the person that wants to live in that lifestyle.”

The home is set for entertaining with many formal and informal living areas throughout. Additionally, there is a surround sound and lighting system installed throughout the home.

Meanwhile, the lower level with a full wet bar with seating, a pool table, a card table, a movie theater, and a large wine cellar is a true sanctuary for the casual entertainer.
