The Pennsylvania Institute of Technology in Media is hosting several information sessions in May and June highlighting its programs and how you can enroll as a student in time for its upcoming summer term that starts July 10.

During the sessions, you can gather program-specific details about the admission process, courses required, outcomes beyond graduation, and more.

The sessions will include a chance to hear from the Admissions Office, as well as the program directors and instructors.

Sessions are available both virtually and in-person.

Those who register virtually will receive a confirmation email with a Zoom link.

The following sessions are available:

Virtual Cannabis Studies

Wednesday, MAY 10, 6 to 7 PM

Gather the necessary details to join the school’s exciting Cannabis Studies A.S. program straight from Program Director Lou Giannotti.

During the Session, you can gather program-specific details about the admission process including how to transfer credits, what documents are required, when pre-requisites are needed, and more.

You will also view a live presentation from Lou Giannotti who will dive deep into the three Cannabis majors and what the programs are all about.

Virtual Nursing Information Session

Wednesday, MAY 17, 6 to 7 PM

Gather the necessary details to join P.I.T.’s exciting Licensed Practical Nursing (LPN) program from Program Director Corey Dennis!

The virtual session will offer details about the admission process and a live presentation from Corey Dennis about the LPN program.

Cannabis Studies A.S. (IN PERSON)

Thursday, MAY 18, 3 to 4 PM

Admission and program information will be provided in person on campus by Program Director Lou Giannotti.

A campus presentation by Giannotti will look at the three Cannabis majors offered at the Pennsylvania Institute of Technology. Participants can also tour the cannabis classrooms and grow tents, as well as the campus.

LPN Session (IN PERSON)

Thursday, MAY 25, 4:30 to 5:30 PM

Admission and program information on the LPN courses at P.I.T. will be available at this in-person session on campus.

There will be an opportunity to participate in live presentations from the Nursing Simulation Labs, as well as tour the classrooms and campus.

Participants will also meet Program Director Corey Dennis, MSN, other program instructors and the admissions and financial aid teams.

Diagnostic Medical Sonography / Physical Therapist Assistant Information (IN PERSON)

JUNE 27, 2 to 3 PM

Gather the details you need for the school’s Physical Therapist Assistant program and Diagnostic Medical Sonography program.

Attendees will get information about the Health Science pathway, DMS, and PTA programs, will tour the labs, and also have the opportunity to meet with Admissions and Financial Aid for enrollment services.

During the joint information session for the Physical Therapist Assistant program and the new Diagnostic Medical Sonography program, you will also gather program-specific details about the admission process, and you will meet DMS Program Director Denise Boyle, PTA Program Director Kelly Thompson, program Instructors, and admissions and financial aid teams.
