17 Montgomery County Communities Make State List of Fastest-Rising Home Prices; Is Yours Here?
The local residential real estate market is still a mixed bag, depending on which end of a transaction a Montgomery County resident finds him- or herself.
For sellers, it’s boom time. For purchasers, it’s a bit of a nightmare of bidding wars and disappointment.
The market mayhem is probably best noted by tracking home prices, which is what Stacker did recently. Its analysts ranked communities based on the dollar change in Zillow Home Values Index for all homes over 12 months, ending March 2023.
The top spot for price hikes across the entire region was Devon, Chester County, with Montgomery County communities faring as follows:
