Gwynedd Mercy University has a special program for locals interested in the business side of athletics. The Sport Management Program, the Sport Business Association, Career Development and the Office of Alumni Relations will host the Inaugural Sport Symposium: The Business of Sport.

Even for those who aren’t in the program, the university is urging people to come. The event is open to all students, alumni, and friends of the university who want to learn more about the economic dynamics of the sports industry.

Professionals from across the field will share a vast array of experience and knowledge about the sports industry. After the panel, attendees will have the opportunity to network with panelists.

The Sport Symposium will be held on April 13 from 6–8 PM.
