Development Project Set to Add Chipotle, Super Wawa to Kennett Square
A new development project that is set to join Kennett Square’s bustling commercial landscape will include a new Chipotle and a new Super Wawa, according to a press release at Newswires.
The project is located on ten acres of commercial property at 804 E. Baltimore Pike and is being developed by Wright Partners. In addition to the Chipotle, which will include a pick-up window, and a Super Wawa, more retailers will then be added in the future, in phase two of the project.
Leasing for the development is ongoing and it is being handled by Ryan McMahon of Zommick McMahon Commercial Real Estate, which boasts a portfolio of commercial real estate deals all across the state.
The development will provide the area with new dining and retail options that will offer residents and visitors a range of tasty meals and convenient services. And with the leasing process still taking place, there should be many more possibilities for people to look forward to in the distant future.
