Entrepreneur Arsen Usayev established his Montgomery County senior care firm in 2008, according to Yahoo Finance.
His commercial entity, SarahCare of Jenkintown (part of a franchise), supports family members with elderly relatives or friends in their homes.
It supplied in-home services that include:
- Nutritional and medical assistance
- Nursing
- Shopping
- Transportation
- Therapeutic activities
- Adult day-care and companionship
Usayev sold the business in 2018 to a private-equity firm.
In the intervening five years, he started his own company, Ustayev Management, Inc., and — perhaps alleviating a case of seller’s remorse — has bought back SarahCare.
“I am pleased to announce … I am acquiring my old company back and am returning to the operations helm. I strongly believe in the mission of SarahCare, and I know with the help of our wonderful team, we can continue the post-pandemic growth of the company,” Usayev said.
