While the Eagles are the narrow favorite to win the Super Bowl, for Bala Cynwyd billionaire and founder of Susquehanna International Group Jeff Yass, things are much clearer, writes Joseph N. DiStefano for The Philadelphia Inquirer.

“The math guys don’t get it,” he said. “This will be a game of destiny, and we are gonna crush it. I guarantee a 28–10 win.”

Pennsylvania’s richest person will be jetting a group of Susquehanna staff and guests in a chartered plane to the game, at the company’s expense. The 50 lucky personnel members were selected by a lottery, and each of them gets to bring a guest.

And if the Eagles win, all 2,500 of the company’s staff members will receive a $1,000 bonus.

The Bala Cynwyd firm has had other sweepstakes over the years; last season, around 20 Susquehanna employees won tickets for the World Series to watch the Phillies. Colleagues have also won cash prizes for guessing the winners of the Triple Crown and NCAA Final Four.

However, “this has been by far the biggest excitement,” said Yass.
