Radiation Therapist
A person in this position is responsible for administering radiation therapy to cancer patients, as well as overseeing the machinery.

Required education: Associate’s degree or certification program
Senior Real Estate Manager
Real estate managers typically oversee property maintenance, rent payment, and other building-related operations.
Average annual salary: $135,964
Required education: High school diploma
Owner-Operator Driver
A person in this position would own his or her own trucking businesses or lease out vehicles to other companies.
Average annual salary: $240,211
Required education: Post-secondary non-degree award & on-the-job training.
