Montgomery County Community College invites applications for the part-time High School & Educational Partnerships Enrollment Coach position at its Pottstown campus.
The part-time High School & Educational Partnerships Enrollment Coach is responsible for:
- Communicating the college’s dual enrollment, global academy, and university center program and course offerings for the purposes of recruitment, enrollment, and retention
- Building relationships with prospective students, applicants, and returning students through phone, email and in person contact to assist them with navigating the college’s enrollment processes
- Understanding academic advisement, customer relationship management (CRM) tools, database tracking, and report generation
- Conducting and participating in program events, presentations, information sessions and off campus events
Qualifications
Essential Knowledge and Skills
The role requires:
- An associate degree
- Demonstrated experience in customer relationship management tools (CRM) and database software use
- Proven ability to meet or exceed individual goals and positively contribute to overall team goals
- Customer service and sales or marketing experience
- Previous experience working in student services in a higher education environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work evening and weekend schedule
- Ability to travel to off-campus sites
Child abuse and Pa. State Police clearances, as well as FBI fingerprints, are required for this position before the candidate starts on his or her first day.
