Malvern Bank strives to have its employees be part of a winning team and work together in an environment that is both challenging and rewarding. The bank is looking to fill a variety of Financial Center positions in its retail and private client locations in Chester and Delaware counties.
These roles are 100 percent on-site and are for the day shift (Monday to Thursday from 9 AM to 4 PM; Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM) and require some regular or rotating Saturdays from 9 AM to 12 PM.
Customer Service Representatives assist customers with selecting the appropriate products (checking, savings, deposit certificates, IRAs, etc.) and services to suit their banking needs, as well as with opening and closing accounts and answering their inquiries and providing teller services.
Personal Bankers work with several different areas of the bank, including lending, business development, and retail clients. Duties include customer service functions in addition to business development.
Some job requirements include:
- a high school diploma or GED
- strong customer-service orientation
- cash-handling experience
- banking experience or Fiserv experience is preferred
- demonstrated sales success of bank or financial products (required for the Personal Banker roles)
