Partners Mark Dischell, John Dooley, Robert Iannozzi Jr. and Elizabeth Billies have been selected to the 2022 Super Lawyers list. In addition, George Saba Jr., of counsel to the firm, was also named a Super Lawyer. Each year, no more than five percent of the lawyers in Pennsylvania are named to the Super Lawyers list.

Partner Inna Materese was selected as a Rising Star. The Rising Stars list recognizes no more than 2.5 percent of attorneys in Pennsylvania.

To be eligible for inclusion in Rising Stars, a lawyer must be 40 years old or younger or have been in practice for ten years or less.

This recognition is a great honor for the attorneys and is a testament to the firm’s commitment to excellence. Mark, Jack, Bob, Liz, Inna and George all have a passion for the law and excel in their practice areas. In addition, the personal and effective service they provide to clients as they constantly work to achieve the best outcome on their behalf is admired and appreciated.

Mark Dischell, a firm partner, is a Super Lawyer for the 19th year in a row. Recognized as a leader in family law, Mark is a litigator with more than 45 years of experience in divorce, support, child custody, property distribution and grandparents’ rights. Dischell has been named a “Best Lawyer in America” by his peers for 27 years in a row and chaired the Pennsylvania chapter of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers and the Family Law Section of the Pennsylvania Bar Association.

John Dooley, a firm partner, has represented individuals, municipalities, and businesses for the past 40 years. Jack provides counsel on strategic issues and the day-to-day operational issues that his clients face. Jack also does extensive estate planning and administration work, providing his clients assurance that their wishes will be fulfilled and that their estates will pass on through generations. This is the tenth time Jack has been named a Super Lawyer.

Robert Iannozzi Jr., a firm partner, is a Super Lawyer for the fourth time. Bob concentrates his practice in the areas of zoning/land development, municipal government, and wills and estates. He represents municipalities, school districts, large and small commercial developers, residential property owners, and people who need simple day-to-day legal assistance. Before being named a Super Lawyer, he was perennially named a Rising Star since 2008.

Elizabeth Billies, a firm partner, has been named a Super Lawyer for the second time following eleven consecutive years of being named a Rising Star. Liz handles all areas of family law, including preparing pre-and post-nuptial agreements, obtaining no-fault and fault divorces and litigating and settling equitable distribution, custody and support matters. Clients value her collaborative and cost-effective approach to legal representation.

Inna Materese, a firm partner, is a Rising Star for the fifth time. Inna’s focus is on helping her clients achieve their individual goals through a collaborative, resourceful, pragmatic and compassionate approach. Inna handles all areas of family law, including high-asset divorce, complex custody issues, protection from abuse and support matters. Inna represents clients in negotiation, litigation, and resolution. Inna also provides custody and domestic relations mediation services.

George Saba Jr., of counsel, is a Super Lawyer for the 17th time. George’s practice is focused on personal injury, complex litigation, construction, professional liability and insurance coverage. Saba is certified as a Civil Trial Advocate by the National Board of Trial Advocacy in both trial and pretrial advocacy. He has handled complex, multi-million dollar claims in various jurisdictions across the United States, including serious personal injury claims.

Super Lawyers, part of Thomson Reuters, is a rating service of outstanding lawyers from more than 70 practice areas who have attained a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement. The annual selections are made using a process that includes a statewide survey of lawyers, an independent research evaluation of candidates and peer reviews by practice area.
