Seven Tower Bridge in Conshohocken Has New Tenant, a Leader of Electronic Inventions
Lighting company Lutron Electronics Co. Inc will be moving into Seven Tower Bridge in Conshohocken, leasing space, reports Natalie Kostelni for the Philadelphia Business Journal.
A spokeswoman for Lutron, which is headquartered in Coopersburg, PA, did not say why they are leasing space in Montgomery County, but does plan to inhabit the space by the end of 2022.
The floor they leased is around 26,670 square feet.
According to Dunn & Bradstreet information, Lutron occupies offices in South America, Asia, and Europe, with around 1,500 employees.
The company was created by Ruth and Joel Spira, with Joel Spira inventing a rotary dimmer switch that can adjust the concentration of light in a room, which many household and businesses use today. Spira’s technology helped create the company as well as leading to creating other inventions.
Other tenants in Seven Tower Bridge include Harsco Corp., Rite Aid Corp, and financial firm Hamilton Lane.
