When they first saw the four-bedroom, three-bath dream home in Oaks, Rose and Chris Bonavita fell in love immediately, writes Paul Jablow for The Philadelphia Inquirer.

“We loved that the house was on a private road and had very little traffic,” said Rose.

Over the years, the quiet street turned into a neighborhood, which the couple liked even more. However, now they are ready to follow the warmer weather to Florida, and the house is ready for new owners.

The residence is an entertainer’s dream with an expansive kitchen that opens onto the rear yard with its large deck and firepit.

The primary bedroom on the upper floor has a large walk-in closet and a bathroom, while the two other bedrooms share the hall bath.

Meanwhile, the fourth bedroom is on the lower level and could also serve as an office. In addition, this area is home to a family room with gas fireplace.

There is a separate keyed entry that would make this level suitable to be adapted into becoming in-law quarters.

The property also boasts garden areas and new and mature fruit trees. It is listed at $450,000.
