A lot is happening on Swedesford Road in Tredyffrin Township, writes Caroline O’Halloran for SAVVY Main Line.

The construction of the still-unnamed, 250-unit apartment complex is progressing well, with the old HH Gregg building already out of the picture and work starting on its replacement.

Bozzuto Development is “currently targeting” a spring/summer 2023 opening for the complex, according to its VP Pete Sikora.

Sikora highlighted several benefits potential renters (as well as the community) can enjoy once the project is completed. They include direct access to the Chester Valley Trail that runs behind the building. The company will also add parking for the general public by the trail connection.

Also, the complex will have pedestrian access to nearby shopping and a new SEPTA shelter.

The site’s amenities seem geared to singles, couples without children, and empty nesters. Residents can take advantage of onsite perks such as:

  • Collaborative co-working spaces
  • Private personal focus areas
  • An exhibition kitchen
  • Bar
  • Billiards room
  • Resort-style pool
  • Grills
  • Fire pits
  • A makerspace with room for woodworking, 3D printing, etc.
  • A bike/sports lounge with a bike maintenance shop and equipment storage
  • Onsite dog park and pet spa
