Manor College is seeking applications for Admissions Counselor, Student Records Coordinator, and Graphic Designer positions in Jenkintown.

Admissions Counselor

The Admissions Counselor is responsible for recruiting students who fit the academic profile and support the mission of Manor College.

This position will have the principal accountability for travel and personalized correspondence with recruits and applicants for admission within an assigned territory.

Specific Responsibilities & Essential Functions:

As a member of the Admissions team, he/she will participate in general admission activities that include:

• Planning and executing fall and spring travel schedules
• Execute virtual recruitment strategies
• Manage all aspects of recruiting efforts for specified territory in order to meet stated recruitment goals
• Build relationships with and assist prospective students throughout all phases of the enrollment cycle (inquiry through enrollment)
• Conduct interviews, appointments, and group information sessions for prospective students and their families.

Student Records Coordinator

The Student Records Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact for the Office of the Registrar including providing services and support to students, faculty, and staff with regard to functions of the Office of the Registrar.

Specific Responsibilities & Essential Functions:

• Process transcript requests
• Complete enrollment and degree verification requests
• Collect Petitions to Graduates
• Compile and disseminate as appropriate, and more.

Graphic Designer

The Graphic Designer produces branded graphic designs that can be used across multiple channels including print, web, and social media.

This position designs and develops original, high-quality graphic design content for a variety of audiences to support college goals for recruitment, advancement, events, communications, campus life, athletics, and more. This position is based in Jenkintown, PA, and offers hybrid flexibility.

This position plays a critical part of the creative services team within the Office of Marketing Communications department at Manor College.

The Graphic Designer will create print and digital visual concepts to communicate ideas that inspire, inform or captivate prospective students, alumni, current students, and the Manor College community.

The Graphic Designer will manage specific design & communication projects to elevate the Manor brand and improve advertising relative to strategic institutional goals and suggest strategies to reach a particular audience and recommend the message the design should portray.

Create designs, concepts, and sample layouts based on knowledge of layout principles and esthetic design concepts. Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or B.F.A. in Graphic & Interactive Communications, or related field degree.
