King of Prussia’s Pure Roots Provisions Features 7 Chefs with 7 Delicious and Creative Menus

By

The massive kitchen in King of Prussia’s Pure Roots Provisions is serving up menus chock full of deliciousness, reports Wendy Daughenbaugh for 6abc.

Pure Roots Provisions makes up 7 restaurants, 7 chefs, and 7 menus that are all under one roof.

There’s a pastry chef baking cookies, a sushi chef preparing salmon rolls and poke bowls, all the while burgers are on the grill and pasta is cooking on the stove.

This unique location was created by Yohann Zinier and Andrew Maciangelo who came up with the concept. It was based on their own family struggles of trying to please everyone at mealtime.

The pair met when working at Savona restaurant Gulph Mills. While Savona was more about fine dining, Pure Roots is focused on bringing value to the table while at the same time using high-quality ingredients and excellent cooking techniques.

While the pandemic did some damage to in-person dining and takeout and delivery became the norm, the two long had the idea to implement that as part of their business model before the pandemic hit. Delivery is available within a five-mile radius, but pick-up is always available.

When it comes to the menus, you can mix and match as much as you like. Order a Cobb salad from Wonder Leaf restaurant, homemade meatballs from Grazia, or a trio of sliders from Sparq barbecue.

For dessert, you can pick up a berry cobbler from Upstate Burgers and Wings, all easily orderable from a single app.

Check out Pure Roots Provisions on their website, Facebook, or Instagram.
