Montgomery County Community College invites applications for the Women’s Soccer
Head Coach position.

The selected candidate is responsible for planning, programming, directing, supervising, and implementing the duties and functions of the individual sports program.

This position requires the PA Child Abuse, PA State Police, and FBI Fingerprinting clearances prior to employment.


The selected candidate must also take a pre-employment drug screening test as a condition of
employment.

Part Time Casual Employees are hired on a seasonal basis during peak periods. They may serve
a maximum of four consecutive months and are limited to a maximum of 25 hours per week.

The selected candidate would have the following requirements:

Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree required; Bachelors or higher degree preferred.
  • Coaching experience and demonstrated ability to recruit student-athletes and develop successful programs. Collegiate coaching experience preferred.
  • Strong communication, listening and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage a team in a fair-minded, honest, efficient, and professional manner.
  • Knowledge of NCAA and NJCAA rules and compliance.
  • Must possess and maintain a valid Pennsylvania motor vehicle operator’s license.
  • Valid First Aid and CPR certifications are required; if certifications are not current at time of hire, continued employment is contingent upon obtaining these certifications.
