Community Health & Dental Care, Inc. (CHDC) congratulates Case Manager, Linda Gambone for receiving the 2021 APEX – Coverage Champion Award.

She received it at the 2021 APEX Awards Luncheon held during the Annual Pennsylvania Association for Community Health Centers (PACHC) Conference event held October 12 – 14th at the Lancaster Marriott in Lancaster, PA.

The Coverage Champion Award is presented to an individual or health center team who has captured the true essence of Outreach & Enrollment, developed successful strategies to promote enrollment, displays passion and commitment to achieve successful enrollment, and is a champion for health care access as a right for all rather than a privilege for a few.

She goes on to say “The strongest attribute Linda offers to each patient is truly listening to the patient. Linda was born with the natural spirit of devoting her life to helping people receive health coverage and many other life-saving benefits to improve people’s daily basic needs.”
