As part of this year’s Extravaganza, attendees will be able to view the entries from the 2021 national quilt competition titled Coming Back. There will also be 23 quilt and textile art exhibits on display.

“Mask up, we are going back onsite,” says David Mancuso, of Mancuso Show Management, the company that produces the Pennsylvania National Quilt Extravaganza at the Greater Philadelphia Expo Center in Oaks, PA.

“Large consumer shows and conferences have been gravely affected,” Mancuso states in regards to the COVID-19 pandemic. “We feel confident that we can safely put up our show due to the expansive size of the Expo Center.”

Exhibits are presented by regional groups such as the Philadelphia Modern Quilt Guild and the Main Line Quilt Guild, along with many other national groups.

Show-goers will also get to view the 2021 premier of the World Quilt Exhibits: On Tour. Countries represented this year are Israel, Ireland, the Netherlands, South Africa, New Zealand, Australia, and Spain.

This year’s merchants and sponsors, along with their associated products, will make for some over-the-top buying in the Merchants Mall. These companies that attend from 18 states will offer a vast variety of products for quilt, textile, and wearable art enthusiasts.
