Be sure to stop by the CHDC office in the Coventry Mall on Wednesday, July 28th from 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM for their Health Insurance Informational Event.

They will have members of their Case Management Team standing by to offer information about insurance options for you.

Information about Pennie and The American Rescue Plan will be available as well.

Registration is not required for this event and you do not need to be a CHDC patient to attend.

If you need help navigating health insurance, their Case Management Team can help.

This event is open to everyone, regardless of whether you are a CHDC patient.

CHDC COVID-19 Vaccine Available

CHDC is offering the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine for children ages 12-17. COVID-19 vaccines are still available at CHDC for everyone age 18 and over. To schedule, please call 484-941-9991.

Protect yourself and others against Covid-19. Please continue to follow guidelines, wash your hands, practice social distancing, and get vaccinated.

Fresh2You Mobile Market

The Fresh2You Mobile Market is open at its new location, the CHDC parking lot at our Coventry Mall location, on Tuesdays from 2:30 pm- 4:30 pm. They will be bringing us fresh, delicious, seasonal fruits and vegetables and even offer cooking demonstrations and prepackaged dry goods such as grain bowls, seasonings, and beans. 

Fresh2You accepts all forms of payment, including cash, credit/debit, SNAP/EBT and WIC or Senior Farmer’s Market Nutrition Program (FMNP) checks.

For customers shopping with SNAP/EBT or FMNP, Fresh2You can stretch your food budget by offering matching dollars in the form of Veggie Bucks.
