Manor College held its ninth Ukrainian Dialogue virtually this year to discuss the political philosophies of President Zelenskyy in mid-October.

The College hosts dialogues that focus on Ukrainian-American affairs twice a year and are well attended by various members of the Ukrainian Community.

The discussions during these dialogues always create meaningful and important conversation, with topics ranging from women in politics in Ukraine, the Kyiv patriarchy, and hacking in New Russia.

The topic this year was centered on the political philosophies of President Zelensky, however, discussions also touched on the partnership between Ukraine and the United States, and the upcoming elections.

President of Manor College Jonathan Peri facilitated the discussion, and panelists included Ukrainian Ambassador Volodymyr Yelchenko, Member of Ukrainian Parliament Honorary Solomiia Bobrovska, and Chief Editor of the Kyiv Post Brian Bonner.

“I am confident that regardless of who wins this year’s US election,” said Ambassador Yelchenko, “our friendship and strategic partnership will continue to grow, as both Ukraine and the United States are committed to strengthening these relations.”
